2️⃣ How long will it take to receive my order?
Ans: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return per our Return Policy.
5️⃣ What is your return & refund policy?
Ans: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Personalized or sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. For more details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
6️⃣ What if I order the wrong product?
Ans: If you accidentally order the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@fashnove.com or call +1 (214) 142-0972. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll correct it for you.
If the order has already shipped, you can return the wrong product within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Fashnove.
7️⃣ What if my order arrives damaged?
Ans: If your order arrives damaged:
Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the damage is visible, reject the delivery.
If the damage is discovered after opening the package, contact us within 48 hours at support@fashnove.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. If needed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
8️⃣ How do I track my order?
Ans: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
9️⃣ What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Ans: If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@fashnove.com.
If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will update the address for you. If the package is already in transit, we may not be able to change the address. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
