Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Orders
If a customer orders the wrong item or provides incorrect information:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the incorrect item.
The customer will also cover the shipping cost to resend the correct item (if necessary).

Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

Change of Address
To request a change to your shipping address, email us at support@fashnove.com as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be made. If the order is undeliverable:
The customer will bear the re-shipping costs to a new address.

Wrong Address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address:
The parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product to the correct address.
Refunds for undeliverable items will not include the original shipping fee.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Parcels Damaged During Transit
