Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Custom or personalized products and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be considered, unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by our team.
To initiate a return, email support@fashnove.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with further instructions.
Unauthorized returns (without an RAN) will not be processed and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for returning the item safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Label Options
For approved returns, we offer:
By Request: A physical return label can be included with your original package upon request.
By Email: A downloadable PDF return label will be emailed for printing and use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Custom or personalized items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Products showing signs of misuse, improper handling, stains, or exposure to harsh conditions

How to Return an Item
Contact our support team at support@fashnove.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address.
Ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving your RAN.
Allow 3 to 5 business days for item inspection upon arrival.
Once approved, you will be notified by email with the next steps (refund or exchange).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos at support@fashnove.com.
For approved cases, Fashnove will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Do not attempt to repair or alter the product, as this voids eligibility for return or replacement.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Request an exchange by contacting our support team at support@fashnove.com.
Approved exchanges will receive a return shipping label.
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
Sale items, customized, and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed promptly after a returned item passes inspection.
Conditions for Refunds:
Only items returned in compliance with this policy will qualify for a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after item inspection.
It may take an additional up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email notification once your refund is successfully processed.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Items rejected during inspection due to non-compliance with return conditions.
Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and “Final Sale” products.
Orders canceled after shipping are eligible for product cost refunds only, excluding shipping fees.
